What to expect

Play-based, therapist-led support

Our Sensory Play Group uses structured play and movement to support sensory processing, self-regulation, and social participation. Activities are adapted to each childโ€™s needs and comfort level.

Sensory exploration

Hands-on activities that safely introduce different textures, movement, and tactile play to help children tolerate and enjoy new sensations.

Regulation & coping tools

Practice calming strategies (breathing, heavy work, movement breaks) to support attention, transitions, and emotional regulation.

Social connection

Small-group routines that encourage turn-taking, shared play, and communication in a supportive environment.

Family-friendly carryover

We share simple ideas you can use at home to support sensory needs during daily routines.

Skills we support through sensory play

Every child is unique. Our group activities are designed to meet children where they are and build skills that help at home, school, and in the community.

Improved body awareness, balance, and coordination through movement-based play

Better tolerance for textures, sounds, and other sensory input

Stronger attention, transitions, and participation in daily routines

Our goal is to make therapy feel like playโ€”while building real-life skills in a caring environment.
